Don't worry about deciding what needs to be thrown away or what needs to go to donation, We've
got this. We want to make this as Simple and Stress-free for you as possible. We do this every week and we know what sells and what doesn't. You may be surprised at what people buy.
We get started 9 days prior to "Sale" by sorting and staging every inch of your Estate. We bring in racks, tables, tablecloths, baskets, etc. to create a "BOUTIQUE" like environment. In addition to our experienced and knowledgeable staff, we bring in a variety of Pricing Specialists. You can feel confident that your Items will be priced to sell at the "Competitive" high market value.
After staging & set up is complete, we then take approximately 100 pictures which are used for advertising. We advertise on Estatesales.net, Craigslist, and use our own personal Email list (of over 2000 subscribers). This extensive advertising will reach over 5000+ customers. These shoppers will be anxious to come to your sale.
With years of experience we have learned that the "Most Successful Estate Sales" are run, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We put up directional signs on all major intersections leading customers to your sale.
After 3 days of incredible sales, we leave your home empty, vacuumed, swept, and garage blown out. All above is complete with-in 24 hours after sale ends. With-in 7 days you will receive a detailed summary of sale.
